| Do you rent tables and chairs and how much are they? Yes we have different size tables and different styles of chairs that we rent. The price per table and per chair depends on what size and style you choose. How long is the rental for? Typically the rental is for a 24 hour period. Does the price include the set up and strike of the equipment? The price does not include the set up or the strike. There is an additional fee for that and it does need to be arrange prior to delivery. Does the rental price include delivery? No the rental price does not include the delivery of the equipment. There is an additional fee based on the distance. What are your showroom and delivery hours? We are open Mon- Fri from 9:00am to 5:00pm and Saturday 9:00am to 1:00pm. we are closed on Sundays. If you need a delivery or a pick up before or after those hours of operations we can do so for an additional fee. When should I reserve my items? You should reserve the items you need as soon as you can to insure that we will have it available for you on that date. Is a deposit required to hold a reservation? Yes a 25% deposit is required to hold the items and date for your event. When does the balance need to be paid? Full payment needs to be made 1 week prior to the event. Is there a minimum amount that I have to rent? No there is not a minimum amount that you have to rent for will call, but there is if you want it delivered. What do I have to do with the dishware before I return them? All dishware including catering equipment must be rinsed clean and put back in it's original crate before returned. We will charge up to 50% of the rental rate if items are not rinsed prior to pick up or on the return. |
